Working with Marty Sigwing, Director of Technical Services, I conducted extensive research for exhibits. Our greatest accomplishment was the three-story castle we built with activities reminiscent of medieval and renaissance times. I also wrote many reports and requests for funding.
Designed and produced product catalogs ranging from 12 to 80 pages, including management of photography, product information, and printing. Designed and produced quarterly newsletter, various promotional fliers and postcards to generate sales leads for field reps, and sales presentations for buyers of major nation-wide retailers. Produced coupon book concept that catapulted sales for final two quarters of 2003 and was featured in top industry magazine as an innovative marketing concept with stylish execution. Wrote press releases and copy on new products for industry publications; managed advertising materials and schedule; managed relationships with industry contacts to the advantage of company positioning. Evaluated and managed design, printing, and media placement services provided by third party vendors, and negotiated contracts. Collected images and copy for successful implementation of original and current web presence; managed and updated content regularly.
